Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman said he was being continuously briefed about the attack on a concert hall near Moscow that resulted in multiple casualties on Friday.

Ukrainian presidential advisor Mykhailo Podolyak denied Ukrainian involvement in the attack, saying, “Let's get this straight: Ukraine has nothing to do with these events.
