What Goes In Masala Dum Chai Recipe | How To Make Masala Dum Chai:
To put it simply, masala dum chai is a hearty masala tea, made using the quintessential dum technique. Here, you will find a recipe, shared by content creator Selvi Amma Samayal.
In the video, we can see a person pouring a glass of water into a bowl and setting a cheesecloth strainer on top. To it, tea leaves, ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, and sugar are added. You can customize the masala as per your wish.
Next, put the bowl with the strainer in a bigger bowl with water. Close the lid of the bigger bowl and let the chai get dum. Once done, strain the tea in a container. You can have it as is. But if you are a doodh chai person, boil some milk, add black tea to it, and brew a perfect cup for yourself.
