Feb 8, 2024

Motorola has released the teaser of the launch of a new handset in India. The company has not yet announced any specific launch date, nor has it indicated which model may be introduced. However, it is speculated to be the Moto G04, which was recently launched in select markets globally alongside the Moto G24. Notably, the Moto G24 has already been introduced in the Indian market, hence, leaving the Moto G04 as a strong contender for the next launch in the country.

Motorola India has released the teaser of the launch of a new smartphone in the country. The teaser didn't reveal much about the launch, except what the color options of the upcoming handset could be – black, blue, green and orange. More details about the launch or the product may be revealed in the next few days as the caption of the post reads “Stay tuned.”

If this is indeed the Moto G04, the alleged Indian version is likely to share similar specifications as the global version. Its price can also be the same. The phone was launched at EUR 119 (approximately Rs 10,600) for the 4GB+64GB RAM and storage configuration. It has been introduced in Concord Black, Satin Blue, Sea Green and Sunrise Orange colors. The shades are the same as we see in the teaser above.

Moto G04 specifications (expected)

The global variant of Moto G04 comes with Unisoc T606 SoC coupled with Mali G57 GPU and 4GB RAM. The RAM can also be virtually expanded up to 8GB. The phone comes with Android 14-based My UX and has 64GB of onboard storage. It features a 6.6-inch HD+ (720×1,600 pixels) screen with a 90Hz refresh rate.
