He said, “We are very fortunate in this country to have incredibly effective intelligence agencies that have been successful in thwarting many terrorist threats in recent years, but we have to remain vigilant.”
“If it is Islamic State, they are completely indiscriminate in what they do, they are prepared to kill in the most horrific way possible,” he said.
