Ukraine: Russian forces are using Musk’s Starlink in occupied areas

The Defense Ministry's Main Intelligence Directorate posted an audio clip on Telegram that it said showed soldiers from Russia's 83rd Air Assault Brigade discussing setting up a terminal in eastern Ukraine. The directorate did not provide any details about the alleged scale of use or how the terminals were obtained. Russia did not comment.
SpaceX, which runs the Starlink terminal, said last week on X that it “does not do any business with the Russian government or its military”, and that its service does not operate in Russia.
